Above Sea Level – Issue 02: The Portugal Issue
A NEW PERSPECTIVE ON WINE
Above Sea Level is a magazine designed to start a different type of conversation around wine. By looking at wine in the context of food, design, people and places the hope is that it becomes an easier, more natural part of our conversation.
Issue 2 celebrates the people driving change in Portugal — from winemakers, through to food producers, chefs and architects. We begin our journey on the islands — Madeira and the Azores — then move from the north to the south of the mainland, charting the people we meet and the changing landscapes we see along the way.
