Casa BRUTUS is a monthly publication from Magazine House. It is a lifestyle and design magazine that presents beautiful living topics such as design, fashion, architecture, gourmet food, travel, art, and more. The magazine is released on the 10th of each month.
(Japanese language only!)
A reprint was decided just three days after the release of the latest issue, "Final Guide to the Expo," bringing the total circulation, including the June issue, "Expo and Architecture," to 300,000 copies!
With just one month left until the Osaka-Kansai Expo closes on October 13th, the Osaka-Kansai Expo is set to close.
While the June issue of this magazine, "Expo and Architecture," featured pavilions and facilities from an architectural perspective, the October issue delves into the Expo's content, including each pavilion's exhibits and its attractions.
From interviews with architect Sou Fujimoto about the "present" and "future" of the Great Roof Ring, to the best pavilions selected by the Casa BRUTUS editorial team, the seven sacred pavilions that even Expo experts rarely visit, the Commons Pavilion, its attractions, the best gourmet food, and even a general review of the Expo, this "Final Guide to the Expo" is for everyone, whether you're going to the Expo, been there, or not.
On social media, features such as Miyakumyaku wearing a raincoat visiting the BEST Pavilion and 100 Questions for Miyakumyaku were particularly popular, with many enthusiastic comments such as "It made me cry," "I'll treasure it," and "It's like a Miyakumyaku photo book." There were also comments from people expressing their joy at being able to experience pavilions they weren't able to visit in the magazine, and from people who thought they had already graduated but decided to go again after reading the special feature.
Thank you very much.
